User Data Deletion Instructions

BiasharaOS, operated by Pixel Solutions, is committed to protecting your data privacy in compliance with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 (PDPA). This section explains how to request the deletion of your personal data or your customers’ data.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data or your customers’ data:

• Submit a Request: Email privacy@aureliomofuga.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and business name.

  • The phone number associated with your BiasharaOS account.

  • A description of the data you want deleted (e.g., your account data, specific customer data).

• Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. This may involve confirming your phone number or other account details.

• Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days, as required by the PDPA. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.

2. What Happens After a Deletion Request

• We will delete all requested personal data from our systems, including CRM records, WhatsApp message logs, and Tangaza.ai data, unless retention is required for:

  • Legal compliance (e.g., tax or financial records under Tanzanian law).

  • Ongoing service provision (e.g., if your account remains active).

• Customer data shared with Meta via the WhatsApp Business API will be deleted in accordance with Meta’s policies. You may need to contact Meta separately for their data deletion process.

3. Impact of Deletion

• Deleting your BiasharaOS account will terminate your access to our services, including CRM, AI-driven customer service, and Tangaza.ai marketing tools.

• Deleted data cannot be recovered, so ensure you back up any critical information before submitting a request.
