These Terms of Service govern your use of BiasharaOS, an AI-powered business operating system provided by Pixel Solutions for women-led SMEs in Tanzania’s food and agriculture sector. By using BiasharaOS, you agree to these terms and WhatsApp’s Business Terms (available at www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-terms).

1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered business or individual operating a women-led SME in Tanzania’s food and agriculture sector to use BiasharaOS.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and WhatsApp’s Business Terms.

2. Services Provided

BiasharaOS offers:

• Business process automation and CRM tools.

• AI-driven customer service via WhatsApp Business API.

• Intelligent marketing through Tangaza.ai for culturally relevant campaigns.

• Data-driven insights to support business scaling.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up for BiasharaOS.

• Use BiasharaOS only for lawful business purposes.

• Not send spam, illegal content, or violate WhatsApp’s policies (e.g., no unsolicited messages).

• Protect your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Payment

• BiasharaOS is a subscription-based service. Pricing details are available at www.aureliomofuga.com/pricing.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

• BiasharaOS and Tangaza.ai, including all software, designs, and AI-generated content, are owned by Pixel Solutions or its licensors.

• You may use AI-generated marketing materials for your business but may not resell or distribute them without permission.

6. Data Ownership

• You own the data you input into BiasharaOS (e.g., customer data, business details).

• We may use anonymized data for analytics and improving our services.

7. Termination

• You may terminate your BiasharaOS account by contacting support@aureliomofuga.com.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, WhatsApp’s policies, or applicable laws.

• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

• BiasharaOS is provided “as is.” Pixel Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BiasharaOS or WhatsApp services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted at www.aureliomofuga.com/terms-of-service, and we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
